Client relationships?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m curious, how can the agencies create a new media ecosystem?  I don&#039;t know much about the current process and ecosystem, only a suspicion it&#039;s fragmented, opaque and inefficient.  Please correct me if I&#039;m wrong...</description>
